Fuelcard form
If your fuelcard is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to LeasePlan.
The most efficient way is to send a SMS to 09245 with codeword LP SPERRE KORT <license plate number>. The fuelcards connected to your vehicle will be blocked at once.
In opening hours, you can also use the form below for requests or other messages regarding fuelcards. We answer promptly within business hours and on weekends/national holidays it will be carried out before 10.00 am the next working day.
Use the form if:
- The card is out of order and you need a replacement card.
- The card need to be blocked for another reason than
stolen/lost.
